The most common skin tumours
Basal cell carcinoma is by far the most common skin tumour of all – it grows slowly and practically never metastasises, but it should be removed completely. Squamous cell carcinoma usually develops on skin with chronic sun damage. Malignant melanoma is the most dangerous form: here, early diagnosis determines the prognosis.
Treatment at our practice
We remove suspicious findings as outpatient surgery under local anaesthetic and have every piece of tissue examined histologically. Thanks to reconstructive surgical techniques – from simple excision to flap reconstruction – we achieve aesthetically convincing results even on the face. We plan the structured follow-up care together with you.
